Build Docker image with Kaniko 
This eliminates the dependency on the host Docker daemon, thus allowing
us to no longer mount it to the runner's workloads and thus securing
everything.

This is the temporary website of the association.

It is fully static, so pointing a webserver at index.html is enough to "run" it.

The documents in ./assets/documents are updated by the dockerfile.
