This time I put the protocol directly in the blog post body, as discussed in the chat. Let me know if there's anything I should change.

One thing I am not 100% sure about is the link to the travel cost policy we have voted on. Usually we'd attach it at the end of the PDF, and now I put a link to the markdown file that was actually voted on (i.e. the specific commit in Fynn's PR #11).
