I wasn't present, but the protocol looks good to me.

You might want to replace "Chaos Computer Congress" by "Chaos Communication Congress".
The Chaos Computer Club is abbreviated as CCC and the Chaos Communication Congress is usually referred to as C3 or <congress number>C3, i.e. 38C3 for the congress last December.

@tobigr This is intentional: we decided on the policy independently of who is put into the positions :)

(or well, we wanted to, since originally there were some incorrect names in the document when we voted, as noted in the protocol…)

So they are more to be understood as placeholders. We will fill in the placeholders when we put the rules on the website properly.
