Why is this not also "Thank you, LuanRT!"?
I was thinking the sidebar space is very tight (and easier to scan without exclamation marks), but in this case the difference in chars is not actually as large as I thought 🙂
The exclamation mark distraction makes sense, then keep it as it is

We would like to express our gratitude to LuanRT, "a space nerd, programmer, and hobbyist astrophotographer from Brazil". LuanRT made a significant effort to research the technical mechanisms at work, which they made public on their
BgUtils
repository on GitHub. This documentation and their active participation in internal communication channels have been extremely helpful when working on the latest version of NewPipe, v0.27.6 (blog post pending), which contains an implementation that benefits much from their work.

In recognition of these contributions, NewPipe e.V.'s 5th assembly decided to provide LuanRT with a small financial contribution, as a humble token of appreciation, in the name of TeamNewPipe and all of NewPipe's users. We encourage you to do the same independently of us, through GitHub sponsors or through their Ko-Fi page.
